1. Using SafalPath
SafalPath provides government-job discovery, result tracking, career-management features, notifications, recommendations and browser-based student tools. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the service or other users.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password or use another person's account. We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect the service, users or data.
3. Job and result information
SafalPath publishes job, result, admit-card and related information to help users discover opportunities. Dates, eligibility rules, fees, vacancies, links and other details can change after publication. You are responsible for checking the relevant official notification or government website before applying or relying on a deadline.
4. External websites
Some links lead to official recruitment portals, result pages or other external sites. SafalPath does not control those websites, their availability, their content or their privacy practices. Any application, payment or document submission should be completed on the destination website according to its instructions.
5. Career information and public profiles
You remain responsible for the information you add to your profile, resume and other career records. If you enable a public career profile, the selected public fields can be viewed by people who have the profile URL. Keep private information out of fields you choose to make public.
6. Student tools
Browser-based tools are provided for convenience. You should keep your own copy of important source files and review generated files before submitting them to another service or authority. Tool results may depend on your browser, file format, file quality and device capabilities.
7. User content and conduct
Do not submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, malicious, infringing, or intended to bypass security controls. Do not attempt to access another user's information, manipulate job data, abuse feedback or discussion features, or interfere with the site's infrastructure.
8. Availability and changes
SafalPath may change, suspend or discontinue features, job listings, tools or other parts of the service. We may also update these Terms when the product or its operating requirements change.
9. No guarantee of employment or outcome
SafalPath does not promise that a particular job will remain open, that an application will be accepted, or that a user will receive an interview, selection, appointment or other outcome. Recommendations and convenience features do not replace the official eligibility criteria or instructions of the recruiting authority.
