Post-Specific Qualifications: Finance Officer / Audit Officer: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Chartered Accountant (CA). Assistant Director (Factory / Boiler): Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Deputy Education Officer / Staff Officer: Post Graduate (Master's) Degree in relevant discipline. Nursery Development Officer: B.Sc. in Horticulture or Agriculture. Case Worker: Post Graduate (Master's) Degree in Sociology or Social Work.
