Minimum Educational Qualification & Experience Dean (1 Post): Qualification: MBA / Executive MBA / PGDM / PGDBA or equivalent in any discipline with minimum 55% marks OR Ph.D. / M.Phil. from a recognized Indian or International B-School. Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification work experience, including at least 3 years in a senior academic/leadership role (e.g., Dean, Director, Principal, Chief Learning Officer, Vice President, or equivalent). Faculty (1 Post): Qualification: Post-Graduation Degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks (MBA / PGDM / MHRM in HR, Finance, or Banking with Ph.D./M.Phil. preferred). Experience: Minimum 6 years of teaching experience as Faculty, Professor, Associate/Assistant Professor, or Corporate Trainer in a Bank's Training Institute, B-School, University, or Corporate Academy. Marketing Executive (1 Post): Qualification: MBA or equivalent in Marketing with minimum 55% marks. Experience: Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in Executive Education, Management Institutes, Universities, Training, or EdTech organizations.

Dean: 15 years post-qualification experience including specified senior institutional experience. Faculty: minimum 6 years teaching experience. Marketing Executive: minimum 5 years marketing experience, including specified education/training experience.
Other Requirements
Post-specific age limits apply. Contractual engagement; posting is at SBIL Kolkata or elsewhere in India as required.
