Minimum Educational Qualification & Experience General Requirement: Degree in relevant discipline (B.E./B.Tech in CS, IT, ECE, Civil; MCA; LL.B.; B.E. Fire Engineering; Graduation for Security Officers) from a recognized University. Specialized Streams & Certifications: IT & Engineering (Scale I to IV): Requires relevant engineering/technology qualification and post-specific certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP, CEH, AWS/Azure, PMP, TOGAF) along with post-qualification experience for higher scales. Law Officer (Scale II): Degree in Law (LL.B.) with minimum required experience at the Bar or in financial institutions. Fire & Security Officer (Scale II): B.E. (Fire Engineering) / Graduate degree with mandatory 3-month computer course certification.
