Detailed Qualification

Minimum Educational Qualification & Experience General Manager (IT) [Deputation]: B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science / IT); must be an Officer at DGM level or above in a Public Sector Bank with a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience in IT. Deputy General Manager (HR) [Deputation]: MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR); must be an Officer at AGM level or above in a PSB with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in HR. Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary) [Contractual]: Graduate Degree + mandatory ICSI Membership; minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in Banks/AIFIs/PSUs/listed entities as Company Secretary or Assistant CS. Assistant General Manager (Accounts) [Regular]: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) with relevant post-qualification accounting experience. Manager (HR) [Regular]: MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) with prescribed post-qualification HR experience. Manager (Legal) [Regular]: LLB / LLM degree with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in SARFAESI, DRT, title investigation, and recovery laws.
