Minimum Educational Qualification & Experience Junior Technician (Groups I–V): B.Sc. (Physics/Chemistry) OR B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in relevant engineering/tech stream (min. 55% marks). (1 year experience required for Diploma holders). Junior Superintendent: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (min. 55% marks) + 3 to 8 years relevant administrative experience in Pay Level-5 or Level-3. Junior Library Assistant: B.Lib.I.Sc. (min. 55%) OR Diploma in Library Science with Graduation OR Integrated M.Lib.I.Sc. Junior Engineer / Assistant Engineer: Degree/Diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering (min. 55%) + 2 to 8 years post-qualification experience (depending on post and degree/diploma). Junior Translation Officer: Bachelor's Degree in Hindi + 3 years relevant translation work experience.
