Minimum Educational Qualification & Selection Process Post-Wise Minimum Educational Qualifications: Assistant Manager (General): 2-year Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in any discipline. Assistant Manager (Technical): B.E. / B.Tech in Agriculture, Food Technology, Food Science, Food Science and Technology, Food Technology Management, or Biotechnology. Assistant Manager (Finance): Graduation in Commerce with 3 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounting OR Graduation in any discipline with CA Intermediate / CMA Intermediate. Assistant Manager (Engineering - Civil / Electrical / Mechanical): B.E. / B.Tech in the respective engineering branch. Junior Executive (General): Graduation in any discipline with working knowledge of computer applications and MS Office. Junior Executive (Technical): B.Sc. in Agriculture, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Science, or Chemistry + working knowledge of computer applications.
