For the Assam Rifles Technical and Tradesman Recruitment Rally 2026 (Memo No. I.12016/A Branch Rect Cell/2026/1310 conducted by the Directorate General Assam Rifles, Shillong): 1. Minimum Educational Qualification & Skill Requirement Warrant Officer (Cipher): 10+2 (Science with Physics, Mathematics & English) + minimum 2-year ITI Certificate in ICT / Electronics / CS / Electrical OR Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or Information & Communication Technology. Warrant Officer (Draughtsman): 10+2 Pass + 3-Year Diploma in Architectural Assistantship from a recognized polytechnic/institution. Warrant Officer (Operation Theatre Technician / Physiotherapist): 10+2 Pass + 2-Year Diploma in respective discipline + minimum 1-year work experience from a recognized 50+ bedded hospital. Havildar & Rifleman (Technical & Tradesman - Electrical Fitter, Electrician Motor Vehicle, Recovery Vehicle Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Lineman, Armourer, Mason, Welder, SKT): Passed Class 10th (Matriculation) + minimum 2-year ITI Certificate or Diploma in the relevant trade (valid Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving License required for Recovery Vehicle Mechanic). Eligibility: Open for Male Candidates only holding a valid Permanent Resident Certificate / Domicile Certificate.
